Doesn't everyone hate the feeling of losing someone? im not referring to death- simply not having that someone in your life anymore. it doesn't matter how long you have known them, whether it be a couple of weeks or over the depths of a lifetime. from the first meeting itself, that person makes an impact and that impact stays with you. how do you let it go? how do you undo all the memories and flash backs in your mind? it seems so hard to do, especially when you know you don't want to! you simply want to hold on and on,but as they say it's like sand-the tighter you try to hold on to it, the easier it falls out of your grasp. happiness is a state of mind. everyone can be happy but the feeling of well being and contentment with ones life needs a constant "happy" state of mind. try and find happiness in the little things in life, whether it be the word of thanks from a friend when they receive your thoughtful gift, or the sight of vibrant flowers blooming in the spring time.
just try it, take one step at a time- you'll get there. . .
